Ordering a Product on our Climbing Frames website allows you to select either option for delivery or collection.
Here are the details on the service we offer:
We allow payment to be made via bank transfer, PayPal or Card payment for warehouse collections. Once you select the collection option and proceed to payment you will be able to confirm your order and provide payment details. Once we have received your payment we will automatically confirm your order by sending a confirmation receipt to your email address. We will then prepare your order and get this sorted for you.
Collection Times: Mon – Fri 9.00am to 3.00pm. Products will be available for collection 5 working days after receiving your completed order.

Many of our products are large and heavy so only a select number of specialist couriers are able to deliver them. This therefore means that delivery can be very costly due to the additional handling required to get them to you. We try to ensure delivery costs are kept as low as possible, whilst also ensuring we deliver to you as quickly as much as possible so you can build and use the playset!
Once you have completed your order we’ll send you an email confirmation. This will have all your order details, including your address and contact details, plus the product(s) and prices paid. If there are any problems with your order confirmation please contact us as soon as possible.
Once you have completed and paid for your order a picking/dispatch request will be sent to our warehouse in the UK. The guys in the warehouse will then pick and pack your order, load the playset onto a lorry and get it shipped straight to the depot in Ireland. Once the product arrives in Ireland you will then be contacted to book a convenient delivery day. You should normally expect to take delivery 7-14 days from your order date.
